Add Non-Work Time with Global Edits

 

Adding Non-Work Time with Global Edits allows you to add non-work time to a single employee, group of employees, or all employees.

  1. Select Timecards in the navigation list.
  2. Select Global Edits.
  3. In the employee list select which employee or employees you desire to add the non-work time to.
  4. In the Task drop down menu select Add Non-Work Time.
  5. Under Details, select the date the non-work time will be added to.
  6. Under Pay Code, use the drop down menu to select your desired non-work pay code.
  7. Under Duration, input the amount of time you wish to be applied to the non-work pay code.
  8. Press Save.
