Add Non-Work Time with Global Edits
Adding Non-Work Time with Global Edits allows you to add non-work time to a single employee, group of employees, or all employees.
- Select Timecards in the navigation list.
- Select Global Edits.
- In the employee list select which employee or employees you desire to add the non-work time to.
- In the Task drop down menu select Add Non-Work Time.
- Under Details, select the date the non-work time will be added to.
- Under Pay Code, use the drop down menu to select your desired non-work pay code.
- Under Duration, input the amount of time you wish to be applied to the non-work pay code.
- Press Save.
